i wanna start with games, as one of the first drawings i posted online was hi3rd fanart. i quit the game in 2024, leaving behind an account i’d played on since 2018 (when the first sakura valkyrie came out), which was painful enough. then i tried to find smth similar: didn't stick with pgr, genshin, hsr or wuwa either, so i hoped that zzz would be like the hi3rd i remembered. and.. it was pretty similar, but something was missing.
eventually downloaded warframe to play with a friend and OH MY i got OBSESSED. we rushed through koumei farm thinking she was limited-time, only to find out she's permanent. our reaction was purely based on gacha game fomo trauma lol. this was the crucial point in deciding that i was fed up with gacha games and i quit zzz.
as of today, i’m still obsessed with warframe. the only sad part is i can't draw fanart, as realism and mecha are not my cup of tea. btw here's my beloved saryn:
speaking of hi3rd: i planned on drawing a "farewell" art with a winter version of my summer kiamei. still not sure if i'm actually gonna do it, we'll see.
art plans: moving away from hoyo games. gonna stick to eva, csm, and my ocs (mainly ocs i guess). the only problem is.. my future career. this year i got the opportunity to join a team and start competing in ctf events. still need to learn a lot, so i'm gonna start courses in january + prep for finals (2026 is my final uni year). didn't expect it to get SO serious cause our team got noticed by the higher ups (mainly thanks to one of our teammates, but it means i need to get better).
+ due to constant russian bombing my sleep schedule got absolutely crushed. electricity is available mostly at night (when the majority of shelling happens) so i sleep during the day and listen to sirens / air defense / shaheds at night. luckily semester exams are over so i can survive this schedule for now. still hate russians and everything they do to us.
soo yeah, that's it. i will draw no matter what, maybe just not as much as before. happy 2026??
