Convict seen here awaiting his punishment for attempted escape. Heavily shackled (probably now permanently). For now he still has a filthy uniform. What will be his fate ? Severe flogging ? A month or two in the strip cell (with just his chains for company? ) or something much worse?

Convict must habe been recaptured in the outside as it is clothed. I’d be cutting that overall off soon, shaving it and many other modifications to prevent escape next time. That’s part of the reason for modification. The outside world won’t want to gaze upon the object and other object Owner’s would know instantly just what it is.
