do you or any of your followers know how this whole media value (MIV) thing works? because i saw the number for hudson (3,3 million) yet when they listed the 3 top most influence of couture week, he wasn't listed there, in the first place was a woman with an insane number but the people on the second and third place had a lower number than hudson. 3rd place was actually jlo with less than 2 million. so how does this work, any idea because i'm so confused and would love to understand it 😭

From what I understand it’s basically a measurement of how much ad money the brand would have to spend on paid advertising to reach the same amount if engagement a celebrity earns for them by showing up to their show in their clothes.

The rankings are often separated by brand and by women/men. You may not have been seeing a list that Hudson was eligible for.

I'm not going to create a tag for her because I don't typically use tags for non-famous or public-facing figures. I don't think that using pictures that were posted on Hudson's public account is in any way violating his privacy and usually I don't curate my tags for my followers unless they're asking me to tag something that is potentially triggering. However, I will use an 'instagram post' tag on any pictures that come from his or any other person's accounts so you can filter that tag if you like.
