I'm very aware that I'm pretty unapproachable with my body language and how I talk, but that's just... Kinda who I am? I can't mask like that, and it feels like nails on a chalkboard when I do.

I'm also pretty distant and quiet and don't want to burden people and weird and boring and emotional etc. etc. etc.

I suppose I just feel naturally repulsive as a human being. For as long as I can remember, I've been repulsive.

Like I still can't comprehend that my partner actually loves me and likes me as a person and isn't pretending
