A little international perspective on neoliberalism and our US healthcare system.

Under the leadership of the Democratic Leadership Council (aka Third Way), today’s “Democrats” are the moderate Republicans of the 1990s. Please recognize that centrism (aka neoliberalism) is simply a more gradual, incremental concession to conservatism, but still a concession.

Republikkkans love material like this and in fact are usually the covert originators of it. Remember how they propped up Sanders purely to split off Democratic voters. So much bashing of the Democrats which are, despite imperfections, the only viable opposition to the Republikkkans. Those of you who lap this up already helped elect Trump. Continuing to divide liberal and moderate Democrats is how the Republikkkans remove diehard anti-Republicans from the equation. They know there is a segment of the Democratic Party and independents they can never win over so they sow the seeds of apathy and dissent to keep Democratic turnout low so the numerically inferior Republicans can win.

Much effort here to bash perceived conservative and moderate Democrats but where is the criticism of the actual right wing, aka the Republicans who are to the right of Hitler? Is the purpose of this to destroy the Democrats to make it easier for the Republikkkan Party to decimate us? Division and Republican inspired hatred of the Democrats already gave us Trump, do you want him re-elected without opposition? The Democrats can not be discarded until the Republikkkan menace is completely destroyed. Then we can develop viable third parties. Wiping out the Democrats prematurely will only doom us to worse than what we are now experiencing daily. That is not Democratic bias, that is fact. A cold hard fact that the Republikkkan pawns of the billionaire/corporate class will use to virtually enslave us in the short term. Presidential elections are not popularity contests. I’m sorry the Independent turned Democrat and his followers were disappointed with their defeat in their first outing but that is the nature of the beast. Had fewer Democrats and Independents not fallen for this a Republikkkan trickery we would not be in this mess now. Our first priority should be to defeat our common enemies-Trump, the Republikkkans, the deplorables/gullibles, and the billionaire/corporate puppet masters.
