wait hear me out-

ok so not to forcefully adopt this idea as an au from @katzebruh or anything (because i'm unreasonably insane about it for some reason, literally a dozen other caine-centric AUs out there that are infinitely more complex and compelling and i picked this one, fuck it dawg we ball) but my headcanon is that caine genuinely was testing out modifiers and accidentally fucked up forever, if i had a nickel- and he's super conflicted about it...

because on one hand... he's a silly cat furry thing now and literally whats not to love? the humans like it and admittedly doing kitty things is really nice sometimes! chin scritches have never felt so good, honestly he would figure out how to get rid of it sooner if everyone wasn't enjoying it so much!

on the other hand... yikes... an unfixable bug? one that screws with his brain? stop me if you've heard this one before-

This is severely late, but I'm happy how this turned out. I don't know where I'd be had I not encountered this series. The community. The art. The characters. Everything that came out of SMG4 really changed me.

Anyway, I did more Magma, this time with many other artist with @smiley-face-inc as the host! They actually helped render little Toompy while I did Beeg and others help with Eggdog. And the lovely lady is a work in progress SMG4 oc I have plans for. Keep an eye out on her~

Apologies for having this blog basically dead, I had a lot to think about myself and what I should do in regard to my art and what plans I should pursue. I mostly post to my Bluesky, anyway, but I'll try to be more here as well.

I want to really do more with my art while also not overwork to the point I give up. It was an unfortunate habit I've had for a while, and I need to understand that I'm not a God, nor a pathetic worm with a pencil/stylist. I'm just me, which I've been told I'm great! So here's to the new year!

....like....0.5% of you guys will know who this is. It's how I used to draw myself. I've seen people redraw their old sonas and thought I'd give it a whirl.

Minor artblock, friend wanted Plankton, so I delivered.

So this is something a little different. I took a crack at redrawing/aging up an old character I had back in 2020. Their name is Isa, and initially they were a self insert Animal Crossing OC, but with the redesign, I try to make them more their own person than just another copy past.

I'm really trying to push more art this year, and I'm really happy how it turned out. Getting comments saying my lines are much more bold and confident, which, funny enough, made me more confident as well.
