since everybody is talking about the little life right now, my experience with the book was that i saw a lot of videos of booktubers crying their eyes out at the book and being horrified, so I ripped through the whole book at 16 and just felt meh throughout. which actually made me question if my heart was made of stone for a while. turns out it was just not the kind of book that could move me apparently
