Anthony skating some more fun Ithaca hills on a colder weekend.
Anthony skating a fun neighborhood in Ithaca at the end of last summer/beginning of the fall. No need for downhill boards here!
This is how Anthony spent his free days in Ithaca last fall. DIY spots, speed runs and fucking with the local college kids.
Onterrible and Keith Visit Ithaca
Keith came out to Ithaca to hang out with Anthony and the Comet crew. So did the crew from Toronto. It was a fun weekend to say the least. Thanks for the edit Mclovin!
Summer has been cranking away and we have been skating. There is plenty of skating left to be had this season but here is fun montage of good skating with friends so far.
Jeremy Gets Sketchy/Gnar
Jeremy is always seemingly on the edge of control when he's skating but at the same time it's a beautiful expression of skateboarding prowess. This is definitely not what we want to see kids doing but at the same time it was bad ass.
Sometimes its good to go back to old favorites. Montoya and Zack head down a banked raw run.
Comet Quick Clip
Anthony moved up to Ithaca, NY to work for Comet so he's been skating some hills with Geoff Chapel. Here's a quick clip of them skating a new road. Watch to the end...trust me...
Memorial Day Session
Yeah this was a while ago but our buddy Scott just posted this yesterday. Downhill skating in Virginia is always a good time.
Raw Runs: Pre TMMR Freeride
Phat Dean is the man and hosted 30 skaters at his house then took us out to his hills to rage them. The biggest pack runs the East Coast has ever seen took place this day but I stopped using my gopro after running into Matt K like an asshole.
TMMR Final Heat
Check out Keith, Anthony, Dimm and Jraw battling it out in the final heat at TMMR via Matt K follow cam.
Niko Visits Virginia
Niko is a shredder who has been on the top of many podiums since we've been skating downhill. It was sick to get to skate our favorite runs with him last weekend.
Quick Clip: Montoya Crashing
Christian got a new suit and then fell twice in the first run with it. Luckily we had the gopros rolling.
More Moyers Please!
This is footage from the past two weekends which included a wide range of runs from the super tech, super gritty asphalt to the beautiful pavement on Moredoor/Lessdoor and into the wild and wonderful land of West Virginny where the cops tell you to have fun. This video features skating from Freddy Gnardogg Ortega, Will Seal, Zack Viente (Tutone), Christian Montoya, Ono Buono (Bliss) and Anthony Flis (Comet, Paris).
Raw Run: Moredoor!
This run is very unique and gives you feelings that no other road we skate does. It looks like something you'd find in Colorado but is somehow tucked away, a hidden gem somewhere around the VA and WV border. Follow along from Christian Montoya's POV watching Freddy Gnardog, Will Seal and Anthony Flis. Watch for Christian's notoriously strong bump drafts.
Southern VA up to Phat Deanz Freeride
Here's some footy from our trip to visit Justin Metcalf in Southern VA one weekend followed by a trip to PA for Phat Deanz' freeride. Good times were had.
Raw Run: Christian Montoya is a beast!
There's nothing like starting in the back of the pack and connecting drafts to pass everybody on the way down. The whole pack left before Christian even had his gloves on and he was still the first to the bottom which just goes to show that experience and confidence are the most important aspects of downhilling.
