Kinda. Not a lot of people seemed to enjoy them very much so I kinda just gave up. I miss writing them though.

She followed after him, skipping happily. The forest seemed awfully big. It scared her a bit to think of how lost she could have gotten if she hadn’t bumped into this skeleton.

*Mhmm! Jokes are nice! *Yeah, but not everybody does it. *Besides, it’s nice to hear that people appreciate it when you’re kind.

“You can’t go to the surface? Well why not?” She asked curiously. She hadn’t quite caught on yet that monsters were trapped underground. She had gotten this far by assuming that they simply chose to live here. It was clear she wasn’t the smartest human.

The little bunny sighed, “There’s a magic barrier that has us trapped here for so many years, no monster can cross through it.” Kip looked at Jaclyn and smiled, “But I’m sure a human like you can make it through without a problem!” he tried to keep the conversation as positive as possible, there was no reason to be so sad about it.

Then his ears perked up in excitement, “Really!? I can’t wait!” his tail wagged happily.

“Oh. That’s not very nice.” She mumbled, crossing her arms over her chest. “Well, don’t worry! I’ll make sure that everyone is able to get through the Barrier!” She beamed excitedly.

“Yeah! We can play in the fields near my house! And I can make us food! It’ll be so much fun!” Jaclyn cheered, jumping up and down and clapping her hands together.

“They won’t? Well, that’s fine then. Doesn’t mean I have to stoop to their levels.”

“Eventually they’ll tire and stop, so it’s alright.”

“That’s fine then too. It’s good that they keep trying after failure. I’ll just have to be extra careful then.”

She giggled at her joke and looked off to where she had been pointing. Snowdin must be a little town, she reasoned and smiled. It was probably a nice town and she was eager to get there.

*Yes, but only for a little while. *I’m headed to meet Mister Asgore. *And I need to hurry.

He looked a little confused, but smiled none the less, and grinned at her. He motioned with his head, sticking his hands in his pockets, and began what looked like leading them through the forest.

*That’s the way home. *Past Mister Asgore.

Jaclyn explained, rocking back on her feet and hoping she was right about where she had to go. She wanted to get home as soon as possible and if she ended up being wrong, it would only delay her.

“Okay! Thank you again!” She smiled, taking the monster’s hand. It had been a while since she had gotten to be near someone so friendly. Hanging out with friends had always been rare, even before her father died. So she thought this was nice and was enjoying herself immensely.

Kip held onto Jaclyn’s hand as they walked, it was going to be a long time to get to their destination and he didn’t want the walk there to be filled with silence… so Kip did his best to strike up a conversation. “So, how is it like there? Above ground I mean…”

“Hmm. It’s pretty nice! I mean, most people seen happy so I think that’s good!” She hummed, swinging their hands back and forth as they walked. “What’s it like here? Are people nice here? Are they happy?”

“I’d be honored!” Kip smiled, after hearing about her mother, it was best to help out Jaclyn in anyway he could. “And I’m sure your mother is probably worried about you… being away for so long…” 

Kip was smiled to himself, he was starting to sound like his dad!

“Hehe! Thank you then!” The girl replied, beaming brightly. Having someone help guide her would make getting home a whole lot faster. “I dunno about that. Mother doesn’t notice much these days.” She told him with a bit of a shrug. “But I noticed that I am gone, so I gotta get back before I worry!”
