This is Floran I made to go with @duskler ‘s Hylotyl :o ! Their name is Zawa and their mean and cocky. Mostly mean to their enemy Kenta (the hylotyl)

The two have a competition on collecting crew members and Zawa so far has a medic and soldier. However their medic is a coffee-addicted Apex who likes to pick fights and is grumpy every morning. And their soldier is a shy and calm Avian who probably hesitates before pointing their gun at a monster.
