You are the strangest person I’ve ever met. It’s why you’re the one I trust.

This was a tryptic created for a commission a couple years ago. They were, and still are the largest inked pieces I’ve ever created. The last image shows them in their new home. I can’t remember the exact measurements of the paper, but the glass panels are 29″ by 18″.
Exactly. When you got no choice, you got no choice.
Knightober 2020 (part 2) by Rachel Eaton
Sophia’s Gift 19”x21” acrylic on panel, 2020 Sophia is said to be the feminine manifestation of God in physical form. Some teachings say she is the Holy Spirit of the Trinity. She is the embodiment of the sacred in nature, the interconnectedness of the spiritual and material realms. Breath and bone. Heaven and earth. “Sophia” translates from Greek as Wisdom or Knowledge. However, it is more than that. It is Knowing. A deep rooted intuition. There is a gift in the emptiness of the new moon and the mysterious darkness where your shadow meets your footsteps on the earth. She whispers to you of your truth and divinity. She offers a reminder of the light of your own spirit.
