Rupayan Banerjee did not come from a commerce background, nor did he follow the conventional route many finance students do. Without a B.Com foundation or prior academic grounding in finance, choosing a PGDM in Finance and Business Analytics could easily have felt like a risky decision. Instead, Rupayan treated it as a deliberate challenge, an opportunity to build capability in a field he was determined to grow.
