Let Me In
Everyone in the army you’re in has either been killed or routed. You have been running for days. Your small goblin legs can only take you so far, perhaps you should give up. But then you see it in the distance, A tower! Hope! Who knows who you might meet!
Up in the tower you find a princess. You’ve been on your own for way too long, and human maidens are gorgeous. You hear something as you approach the tower…
So, let’s see if I can build enough trust to get her to let me in, should be easy right? I can say anything I want! Let the game begin...
Let Me In (LMI) is an Adult Interactive Fiction (AIF) game, which means there is a lot of reading involved. The player gives commands in a text parser and the game will respond. In the case of LMI you are having a conversation, so you’ll have to input complete sentences.
Most AIF games don’t have images, but the ones we have on Kimochi do! Images are used to enhance the story and are really ‘helpful’ with the adult scenes. The text interpreter does take some getting used to, reading happens on the left and the images appear on the right.
The goal of the game is to get into the tower, but how will you do this? You are an ugly goblin; you only have your words. Luckily, the princess has been in the tower for a long time, she might believe your stories of being the world’s greatest hero!
During development the game’s creator, BBBen, stated being worried about that fact. What was supposed to be a lighthearted game, became a game of lying and deceit. In contrast to the protagonists of his two other released games, Pervert Action Crisis and Pervert Action Future, the player character here can be quite mean.
Luckily, most of the games 4 endings conclude on a lighthearted tone. And even better, with more support to BBBen on Patreon, he will make a much larger sequel, Let Me Out!
