I’d rather be stronger for your sake than my own

Senri had been following the scent for a while. For some time there he had lost it, but thankfully his nose still had it somewhere. The bear starts to move forward, the smell tantalizing and he’s unable to stop himself. It had been DAYS since he’d had something to eat. He wonders if he’ll go hungry, and the thought makes him internally sigh. For someone as big as him, it was hard to hunt around here. The food was scarce. And slowly, he finds the source of the smell. Something baking inside that house he was currently standing outside of.

He stands there for a moment. Looking left. Looking right. Contemplating on whether or not going inside was a good idea. Did the owners of this house take kindly to +anima? Senri makes a face, eyes furrowing together.

And next thing he knows, he’s in, climbing through the window and creating a huge mess as he knocks everything over. This wasn’t what he wanted at all!

Appreciation post for Senri and his preciousness.

He’d been waiting here, patiently for the opportune moment to strike. Fishing was easy for him, using his bear paw as an advantage. Just like he used to do with his father, and his clan. Senri might have not had them beside him, but that didn’t mean he had forgotten their customs and the way they went about doing things. A place to rest for the night along with a place with an endless supply of food was exactly what the bear needed to find after traveling for a week straight. He’d already collected his sticks and washed his clothes, as they hung along one of the tree branches to dry off.

Yes. He’d stay here for the night.

And finally -- There’s a loud splash, and then silence. He got one. Two actually. Senri was always a good fisher. And soon, the boy moves to put his dinner on the fire, but not before he turns around. A noise catches his attention. He stares. Maybe it was a small animal. A rabbit?
