smth abt the scenes w cocos mom fuck me up. Like I was tearing up when coco did the glider thing in ep 3. Seeing the flashback of coco being a baby and her mom teaching her to draw while all the memories of coco and her mom show in the background nearly got me I almost starting crying right then and there. Like. Idk what abt it got me I just almost broke it was so beautiful but also sad but also so sweet and happy and it got my ass. Smth abt the way the anime shows a bit more of coco and her mom’s relationship makes me sad and happy bcs it’s so sweet but then u remmeber all the fucking horrors. Like fuck. Fuck. This is the first time Ive teared up bcs smth was just so happy but also bitersweet. I usually only cry in movie theatres not at home. Fuck tho this almsot got me. Everything about the anime just makes me so happy so far. Dont get me started on that opening.
