The winds are growing stronger, and I do not have the power to sail away, tie up the boat and abandon ship. My mother taught me that when things go wrong you do not leave them, you stuff them full of passive aggression and kill yourself from the inside hoping that it will somehow lead to their demise. My father taught me that if things go wrong you bury them underneath fragile carpets, and fiercely deny their existence, until they grab you by the throat. I am finding love to be less than satisfactory, and I wonder if human selfishness can ever truly co exist with the concept of love. My angels and my demons can not tell one another apart, and I am worried that it is my darkness that clings to you, and not the heart in me. Cindyannehbu.wordpress.com
