Grimlock, as par for course, failed to actually stand when Swoop decided to come in and be VERY LOUD. That was normal. As was Grimlock grabbing something within reach (in this case a fist sized rock) and hurl it in the direction of Swoop’s voice from the ground. He was comfortable.

“You Swoop ALWAYS weird!” He shouted right back. “WHAT HIM DO.”

Home Renovations

It had started with Slag.

Truthfully it had started with the kind of tv he’d been watching, someone having left Teletraan streaming the HGTV channel. What show had been on, nobody could really recall, but the important thing to take away from it was that it had left an impression. An impression that had then been brought back to the Dinocave. All it had take was one sentence to spark an interest, a curiosity.

“ Us Dinocave got no curb-side apple.”

A curiosity that grew rather rapidly.

Now the Dinobots stood in the center of their cave, whatever little furniture left in tact shoved to the side (the tv itself might need replacing. Again.) and the walls and ceiling being studied avidly as they waited for Sludge to return with supplies.

“Me Grimlock think us need pool.”

“I… uh…. Hmmm.” Welp. Okay. Fair. Still. This is hell and he doesn’t want to subject TC to it. Yet. That’ll be his nuclear option, calling for seeker backup. Grasping at straws, Sideswipe follows through with the only concrete idea that’s able to coalesce in his head. Is it a good one? Eh. That’s left to be determined.  He brings his fingers to his lips and whistles. It’s a shrill piercing sound that echoes through the halls, aaaaand- -not seconds later there’s a soft yip followed by the clumsy pattering of teeny paws. Vanta in all his awkward puppy glory ecstatically comes galloping into the hall. He only trips over himself once in the excitement, and is able to roll and flip himself back up right before bouncing around their peds. He was called. Clearly that means attention.  Awkwardly Sideswipe lowers his hands, and Vanta, a wiggly ball of energy, takes the opportunity to leap into his arms. “Whaaaaaat about puppy kisses instead?”

Grimlock's attention is immediately drawn to the happy puppy and he transforms into T-Rex mode and plops down on his stomach with a slight tremor under his weight. His tail slides from side to side with a rhythmic scrape and a rumble of Grimlock's powerplant.
