if you asked arthur how he became friends with a teenager, who’s primary goal since meeting him was getting him up to speed on meme culture he wouldn’t be able to tell you. not really, but maybe it was the kid’s earnest nature, or maybe it was because he could see how much this kid carried on his shoulders at such a young age and he wanted to try and make a little easier. he would never be sure, but he was sure that he was now stuck with peter parker for the rest of his life and that was something he was kind of proud of. not that he’d ever admit it. he was meeting the kid for lunch cause it’d been a little bit since he checked up on him. barry, peter, and a few other he liked to think of as a little family he made while here on meraviglia and he always, always looked out for family. taking a seat at a table at the restaurant they agreed to meet at arthur spread out on his side of the booth and grinned at peter when he came in. “‘sup buddy! what new memes are you showin’ me today?”
