Hello everyone I am once again asking for advice on art

I have to make a mug for my ceramics class and wanna make it based off of one of the Mechs (excluding Tim and Ashes, I already did pieces based off them)

I have to keep the shape of the mug but can add any embellishments I want (plus fun shape for handle)

I've been pondering for like a week now I need help
