Having seen the video of this, I want to point out two things.

First, Justin Howell is clearly standing in a clear spot in the protest all by himself.  There was literally nobody within ten feet of him the police could have been aiming at.  At the time he was shot, he had his back turned to them (they shot him at the base of his skull) and he was SCROLLING ON HIS CELL PHONE.  So ‘shot the wrong person’ is 100% a lie.

Second, there was a medic station across the street, and their chief medic was wearing red crosses, a safety fest, and using a wrists-crossed-above-the-head signal that she belonged to the medic team, to lead the carriers of Justin’s unconscious form to the police station.  In other words, she was CLEARLY a medic transporting a wounded person, there was no ambiguity, she was shouting to them what her mission was and had been instructed by them to bring Justin to them.

They proceeded to pelt her with beanbags, fracturing both her hands and sending her to the hospital.

Do not accept ANY SPIN whatsoever on this story.  The cops 100% intentionally shot a kid who was literally just standing around on his phone, then LIED to the medic team, promising to get him help if they brought him over, then shot down the medics in cold blood.  Every single one of them should be fired and brought up on charges.
