like this
You need to understand that twenty years ago this was considered the pinnacle of online culture.
Every Guilty Gear Strive character asks themselves WWGD (What Would Goku Do) before they pull off a combo
Load bearing goku
fighting game heritage post
from a programming perspective, it's more likely there's just a base class for a playable character that happens to be used to instanciate goku directly, and is inherited to make other character classes so it's likely less that characters go ask goku what to do, and more that every character just is goku with some stuff added on top
goku is the mitochondrial eve of fighting game characters
You're right but don't say it like that
Expressing astonishment over the unorthodox combination of the two distinct cuisines, local customers described the remarkable culinary innovation they experienced Thursday at the grand opening of a daring new fusion restaurant that mixes Texan and Mexican flavors. “It sounds kind of gimmicky, but somehow the flavors work together,” said local resident Harrison Peters, who was surprised the sharp, herby flavors of northern Mexico and the beefy, cheesy decadence of southern Texas worked together on the same plate.

Also there's a 95% chance that celebratory month already exists. Every single time someone says "but what about (x), don't they get a month?" while complaining about Pride, that month already exists.
Military month? May and November.
National family month? October (even has an act of congress from 2003) and unofficially the 5 weeks period between mothers and fathers day.
National Mens month? It's also June! That's going on right now! Stop yelling about Pride on X The Every Thing App(tm) and go organize your parade!

Yet again, transphobia is the lifeblood and binding force of modern fascism.
They're literally obsessed with us.
The Nazis were also obsessed with transgender folk, and everyone else they considered an offense to their "delicate" sensibilities. Or to put it simply if you weren't a blond-haired blue-eyed cisgendered heterosexual German you were going to die…someday. Here's a webpage with a short summary and a connected video:
Before 1933, Germany was a center of LGBT+ community and culture, with several renowned organizations serving and supporting trans and gende
And here is a very short summary:
I wonder if the other members of the Axis Powers ever processed that. Because the various Slavic nations, the Italians and the Japanese were also on the list of those to die.
The first target for Nazi book burnings was the Institut für Sexualwissenschaft, which was a pioneering clinic for gender affirming care and where the first gender affirming surgeries were performed.
In May 1933, the Institut was raided, those in the clinic were arrested and most were executed. The library, with countless books on trans healthcare and queer social research, was declared "pornographic obscenity" (sound familiar?) and burned shortly after.
Most people are familiar with this image:
But very few of them have any idea it is of the burning of the library of the Insitut and of its association with an explicitly homophobic and transphobic pogrom. It's history has been actively erased by those with the same belief on queer people in the west to make it easier to persecute us now and make it more difficult to spot fascism.
This was the burning of Alexandria for queer people, but most either don't know or don't care.
The cards see all.
I think this picture of my gf helping fix my car should be in the MoMa
I laughed so fucking hard at this
