Hi there! I totally understand that; I’m a vampire myself!

Here’s some suggestions:

More solid, but one of my personal favorite blood craving substitute’s is frozen strawberries in syrup!

Bottled smoothies heavy in greens and berries can be filling, smooth, nutritious, with a touch of iron.

Pomegranate tea and real pomegranate juice are also rich flavor and deep color.

Floral teas have a unique flavor that can sometimes help. Pictured above are hibiscus and rose. My personal favorites are rose and jasmine!

For soups, I like creamy tomato, and ginger/carrot/butternut flavors. You can even find these in microwavable single serve options, to pick up along with smoothies! Here is a vampire themed recipe for tomato soup.

And for fun: blood red, red velvet lollipops!
