Guess what I was working on for all of January. And part of February. And some of March. This was a ton of work and you will find me crumpled under a rock somewhere for a while because of it

There was something about this scene that was very visually vibrant to me, and I really enjoyed the way the information was revealed and played out, which is why I chose to adapt it! I started this purely as a way to practice thumbnailing and start my comics year of with something self indulgent and fun. However, I experienced so much genuine joy in the process (plus my discord friends dared me to finish it), it turned into an exploration of what a potential "publishing style" comic process might look like for me... I learned a ton from making this and will approach comics in a far better way in the future🤣 Like. I did this in the most complicated and time consuming way fr

I really adore your attention to detail when it comes to scaling. The fact that I had to zoom in on the picture of Ra to learn that the blue thing was a person in a parachute was not only cool asf but also a really well done job at showcasing just how m a s s i v e he is, like holy crap 🫪

I love big big scale so much. The little details really do make it, I like to add birds and clouds to emphasize it. Can't forget that aerial perspective too, when things get hazy from the atmosphere at a certain distance.

With Ra though, sometimes you just gotta buckle up and add a closeup or else people end up looking like ants.

Cuddle hideout cozy anon guy here, (Ty). How would sky react to praise with cuddles? Hes got such pretty eyes and beautiful eyelashes, a killer jawline, sharp teeth, and a cozy soft belly. I like to imagine he would have some things he's shy about. Getting praised as a tiny like me feeds him sweets until oops, i fell in totally on accident. Also sky makes me wish we had blue or other color insides, so pretty.

Okay but imagine if a Breath of the Wild game utilized a sort of Mini and Max style of mechanic where you have the main map, but you can shrink down wherever you are to have a larger one to run and climb around in, any npc’s nearby themselves becoming looming things that you can do climbing with

Any non-landmark spots could simply just be a procedurally generated Minish Maps that represent the local biome you’re in (Grass forest while in some fields, rocky dunes in a desert, etc)

With the inclusion of any npc that is near when switching scales, scaled appropriately to the inch-height

Landmark spots would, like in Mini and Max, be places that do have structures and dungeons that are only accessible at the smaller size, and you can “fast travel” between by simply just being normal sized, heh

A stump housing a minish village, or a dungeon burrow under a rock…
