my actual gw2 main because as much as I love my Devasta and Karnestra.... they just cannot compare to the power of the best spec ever, WEAVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! celestial condi weaver is the most versatile open world build ive ever used and all I do is try to make powerful soloing builds. it also works extremely well for wvw because it is equipped to tackle camps and players both. i have not done any endgame stuff in a hot minute so i have no idea how well vipers condi weaver dps is but idc you can pry it from my cold dead hands
