• Let's explain some lore!!! How skeleton magic works in my "To the Stars from the Abyss" (T.T.S.F.T.A) universe, using my character Kira as an example. Kiki (my OC) will explain.

First, a little biology and my own terminology!
The very first thing that appears when a skeleton is formed is the Energy Core. This is a kind of skeleton's heart, filled with magical energy. It maintains life in the body and "encodes" information about each skeleton's mania. The Energy Core also emits magical energy, and skeletons can manipulate it. Most often, the magic finds its way through the eye sockets (usually the left one), the arms, the hands, and even the arms (though this is very rare). The skeleton can also distribute the energy from the core to different parts of its body.

The magic itself moves and circulates from the energy core throughout the body in streams, and they are all interconnected.
!It's important to understand that magic streams function correctly (i.e., circulate) ONLY INSIDE THE BODY, as the skeletal body is a closed vessel.
For this reason, damage to the body (for example, a chipped eye socket) can lead to an imbalance of magic in the skeleton and, in turn, to a change in the behavior of this magic/magical energy, which can behave quite unpredictably...
•But to make things clearer, let's move on to the best part :)

First, a brief overview of the types of magic
There are several types of magic:
• Flame (found in most skeletons)
• Smoke (also quite common, for example, in Shiro)
• Ball lightning (the least common and a type of magic developed by "broken" (or shattered) skeletons, like Kira))
Now let's look at how skeletons with different types of magic use it, releasing it (in the form of instructions):
• Step 1. Concentrate your mind on the energy core.
At this step, there's no significant difference between normal and "broken" skeletons, but the latter have less concentration and the energy core doesn't shine very brightly (at first).

•Step 2. Distribute the flow of magic to a specific part of the body.
At this point, things become more difficult for the "broken skeletons." Their flow of magic is much weaker at first, but soon it spirals out of control.
Step 3. Release the magic
Now the flow of magic in the "broken" ones goes wild and the magic begins to accelerate. Normal skeletons have normal magic at this point and can control their magic.

"Broken skeletons" - These are the skeletons that, as a result of injury, can no longer use their machine as before, for example, the skull was damaged and a chip appeared in the eye socket... the magic has become unbalanced and now behaves unpredictably, which interferes with the daily life of the injured person and, to some extent, those around him.
