The only things I eat are watermelon, rice cakes and ice. I have a protein drink every once and a while to keep things interesting lol
Rule 1:
NEVER ever order food from door dash, uber eats, etc… don’t even have it downloaded on your phone. it’s literally just a binge eating trap and it’s overpriced.

I love my friends but I hate hanging out with them cuz I always binge. Ughhhhhh
Ive notice that eating an insane amount of protein can help with junk food cravings. Ive just been chugging low cal protein shakes the past 3 days lol.
the goal
I tried ch3w and sp1t for the first time today and it was amazing! The only thing I don’t like about it is that I don’t know how many c4lori3s I actually consumed so I just have a guess on my c4lori3 log.
Currently wanting to cut my tongue out of my mouth so I don’t f^vking binge like a disgusting fat f^cking pig again. <3
Wish there was a low c4l k3t0 bread that didn’t taste like actual dirt.
There’s a constant battle in my head of wanting to eat healthy food but also not wanting to waste my calories on foods I don’t really like.
In the end I just decide to not eat anything.
I just want to be small enough that someone will want to hold me
Reminder to myself:
-B1ng1ng doesn’t cure boredom. It gives you a false sense of satisfaction for a few minutes then makes you feel miserable for longer.
- being full feels awful and disgusting
- each hard day you pass is a giant leap closer to your goals
Feeling kinda proud of myself rn. Was really feeling like binging on junk food but instead I got a bunch of fruit and a yogurt. In total I only ate 361 cal today.
