💋 HAVEN’T HAD ENOUGH.

Kisumi wasn’t quite sure how he had ended up stumbling into Seijurou’s apartment, but he knew that he certainly had one hell of an easy time getting inside the building. He had also been expecting more of a resistance when he knocked on Seijurou’s door in the late hours of the night, way past office hours. He had been expecting a tougher time, given how dodgy the professor around him, but in his drunken state he was glad to see the other’s face, however confused it looked.

“Nice place, sen~sei~” Kisumi chuckled, his words slurring only a little bit. Turning around with a flourish, the pinkette reached up and draped his arms around the redhead’s neck, a smile slipping onto his face. The playful glint that ordinarily occupied his eyes returned and he let himself rest against the strong frame of the other, unwilling to admit that it was probably the only way he’d remain upright for long. Moving his face closer, Kisumi paused,

“Hey hey, can I tell you a secret?” Another laugh, shorter this time. He leaned even closer, pressing his body closer to Seijurou’s as he whispered in his ear, “I drank soooo much, Sei! So so so much ~”

Another eruption of laughter tore itself from Kisumi and he pulled back slightly, his hands now sliding to the older man’s face as he cupped his cheeks. watching his expression with glossed over eyes, “I was at the bar and then I was like: you know who I want to see!? Professor Sexy! Hehehe ~ So here I am! Gimme a kiss...”

He couldn’t help but snort, slinging his bag over his shoulder as his free hand just slid to rest four fingers in the pocket of his jeans. “Nah, nothing like that. It’s just been a long day….” He explained, running his other hand through his spikey hair.

“Did you need me for something? My office hours were over but if you need something I can stick around?” He asked, meeting the other’s gaze, though he had a feeling Kisumi wasn’t there for help with his classes… Something that came hand in hand with it’s own strange feeling, one similar to that he got before stepping onto the starting blocks in a race.

💋 “Well, if I’m being honest, I always have a need for an attractive professor~” Kisumi said, the teasing in his voice replaced with sincerity, followed by a wink to keep up appearances. It was then that Kisumi gave a shrug, tilting his head slightly, an almost innocent look on his face. “...I don’t actually need anything, though! I might have seen you when I was coming down the hall, and you looked a little gloomy. So I wanted to stop by and change that~!” It might have sounded a little cheesy, but that was just the kind of person Kisumi was. He couldn’t stand to see someone upset or grumpy, and it was the habit of an attentive big brother to always try his best to cheer up others. Something he could only imagine Seijurou understood quite well.

“3…2….1…” Normally Seijurou wasn’t one to count down his office hours, but Monday wasn’t exactly kind and the pub was calling his name. “Yes! I’m outtie” The redhead grinned, standing quickly to grab his bag, halted only when he noticed the familiar face in his doorway.

💋 “Someone’s eager to get outta here~” Kisumi teased, a grin playing across his lips as he leaned against the door frame. He figured it was the glumness he could see tugging Seijurou’s face downwards, that served as a reason for Kisumi to bother the professor without seeming like he was stalking him. Which he kinda was.

“Where you off to~? Got a hot date?” He laughed, quietly, although there was a hidden amusement in his eyes, mixed with an almost knowing feeling -- as if he knew that wasn’t the case at all.

💋 Kisumi chuckled, his laugh light and airy as it filled the room. He enjoyed the momentary surprise on his roommate’s face and it was gone too quickly, in his opinion. “Aww, don’t be so cold Haru!”

“Well Haru~” Kisumi chuckled softly, throwing on an easy smile to match, “I always think it’s nicer to be loved. It gets lonely… when you love so much, but don’t get the same treatment in return. It’s like giving out lots of gifts for the holidays, but no one gets you anything! Isn’t that sad!?”

♫ Is it better to listen or to be heard?

“What was that?” Kisumi asked, posing a serious face for a moment before bursting out into laughter. Once he regained control of himself, the male brushed his pink hair back with a grin, “probably to listen. Although sometimes I have trouble with that: it’s a character flaw~”

✿ Is it better to be oblivious or is it better to know the truth?

“Depends on what you’re trying to find out. Some things are better left in the dark,” Kisumi answered, letting out a sigh as he stretched his arms behind his head. Folding them, he shrugged slightly, “I’ve always found that if someone really doesn’t want to tell you something, then it’s better off if you don’t know. Some people lie to protect you. Or they hide things because it’s easier… but that’s my personal opinion. Overall, it would probably be much easier, and better in the long term, if everyone just told the truth.”
