I really recommend listening to Only Teardrops by Emmelie de Forest while reading this Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2P5XDGjf0qA
They say in every one of us lays an unknown power, ready to unleash and reveal the sons and daughters of the mighty greek gods that ruled over Mount Olympus. Lee Taeyong was one of them.
Taeyong had always been considered the most beautiful creature to ever exist, not only that, but his heart was also pure and full of love and desire. His mother always taught him about history, music and geography, Aphrodite even got numerous professors teach Taeyong different languages and math, physics and even chemistry and biology. She didn’t want her son to be just a beautiful face. The gods instead, that’s exactly what they thought. That Taeyong was just a flower in a world of destruction. Which was, in a way, true.
how do u become interesting enough to get anons every day
hi!! i just started out a writing blog for idol producer and i wanted to know if you had any advice for people like me. anything would help! btw i love your blog so much it brightens my day to see you've updated 💖 thank you so much!!
hello!! i don’t know whether you’ve ever run a writing blog before, so some of the things i listed here might seem logical to you if you did! if you didn’t, though, i hope this list can help you a little bit.
tag your posts.
this seems obvious, but i’d like to emphasize it again! tagging your posts with things like idol producer, idol producer scenarios or the name of the trainee you’re writing about helps others find your posts more quickly!
post at least once a week.
being active is key when it comes to running a scenario blog. people are more likely to follow an ongoing blog or send requests to a blog that’s continuously posting. this might be particularly hard from time to time—life or a simple writers block can simply get in the way of your creativity and prevent you from publishing posts. that’s perfectly okay and only natural, but even if follower count is not that important to you, it can always help to inform your followers before going on a hiatus! another option is getting another admin or two to help you out—like i did with this blog. it takes a lot of pressure off your shoulders and it’s really fun to coordinate with others!
set clear guidelines.
if you’re planning on accepting requests (which i’m almost sure you do), setting clear guidelines for the things you’re willing to write or not write can help a lot. people might request genres you’re not comfortable with, and establishing that you will not be writing about certain topics can prevent that from happening.
make a masterlist.
again, this seems like common sense—and i’m sure you’ve seen other writers and their masterlists around—but for the sake of completion i’ll include this here. having a masterlist helps potential followers navigate your blog and find the things they’d like to read a little quicker. it also looks really neat and organized! make sure to also offer a mobile and rebloggable masterlist at some point to let people access it from their phones as well.
don’t be afraid to make mistakes.
everyone makes them—and especially if you’re new to writing on tumblr, the process can be a little overwhelming at first (speaking from experience lmao). that’s okay! you’ll soon enough see the quality your writing improve and the special bits and pieces to your writing style develop. it’s not called ‘learning by doing’ for nothing, after all!
last but not least, overall, don’t define yourself or the quality of your work by numbers.
this seems easy to say, but—once again—from my own experience i can say that it can be extremely dissatisfying if a piece you’ve worked on for a long time doesn’t really get any notes or make you gain a lot of followers. i definitely see the appeal behind having a lot of followers or gaining lots of notes (and i’ve mentioned some tips on how to gain more followers in this as well), however, look at the process instead! there’s a reason that you wanted to write that particular piece, and if you’re proud of it and feeling good about publishing it, then don’t let anything - especially not a certain amount of notes, or lack thereof - stop you! they’ll come around eventually.
thank you so much for your kind message! i hope this didn’t overwhelm you lmao i kinda went off oops
i’ve only started my first writing blog about 6 months ago, and i can honestly say that it has been an incredible journey so far and has allowed me to meet loads of sweet and talented people, which i am incredibly grateful for. you definitely won’t regret it! also, feel free to send us the url of your blog so we can check it out, we’d love to 💕

They say each one of us is unique. Each human has his own genes, no one can have the same genes as another person. That’s what Yuta’s mother had told him when he was only three years old. “You’re a special one, my little cherry blossom. You carry special traits that no one can take from you. Be proud of who you are.”
Yuta was fifteen now, his mother had died when the poor boy was only five years old. He lived in an orphanage, a really good one actually. He had a lot of friends and the caretakers were amazing. He never understood how Mr. Oh was always ready in the morning with Mr. Kim’s food package for work and the whole breakfast for the children. He also never understood how Mr, Byun could make their room light up with sparkles and glitter when they couldn’t sleep. He couldn’t understand how Mr. Park could get his hand through fire, or how Mr. Kim could be in two places at the same time. How could Mr. Oh make the wind stop beating so fast when they’re playing outside? Everything was a mystery for him. Oh well, it was. Until he turned twelve.
One day, he made the aquarium break because he lost at monopoly. All their fish died and Yuta cried for so long. The next day, he made his best friend, Donghyuck, have pink hair. He didn’t know how, though. Mark chased him all around the house for that. Donghyuck and Mark were a bit older, Mark was 17 and Donghyuck was 16. Mark chased Yuta for four hour because he had made his boyfriend pink haired. Although, he had to admit, Donghyuck looked cute like this. Yuta made sure to cover his eyes when he saw them kissing two hours later.
The things Yuta did with his mind weren’t bad…well… until one day… He got angry at Mr. Oh because the latter gave him a small grade. Mr. Oh’s coat caught on fire and if Mr. Park wasn’t there to stop the fire, who knows what might’ve happened.
That was what made Yuta leave the orphanage at night, during Christmas Eve. He left Donghyuck a letter, telling his best friend he would contact him soon. He loved Donghyuck and Mark so much, but he didn’t want to hurt anyone. He also left Mr. Oh a letter, which the latter read with teary eyes in Mr. Kim’s arms the next morning.
Yuta had his small amount of money saved and used a part of them to buy a train ticket, and the other part he kept in his small backpack, alongside his teddybear. He took some bread and food from Mr. Oh’s kitchen to have along the way. He decided to go in the City of Moon, having lived in the City of Sun before. It was a long train road but he was sure about it.
If someone ever told Sicheng he was old, the hell would break loose, i’m telling you. Sicheng wasn’t old, thank you very much. He was a young, tall, two hundred and fifteen years old wizard and he was proud of it. A lot of people were scared of him, however, he didn’t understand why. “A wizard with puppy-like features isn’t scary”. That’s what his friend, Taeyong, usually told him.
Sicheng was one of the strongest wizards out there. He made potions, spells, he wrote books and took care of magical creatures. He was a busy man, indeed. But lonely. He lived alone, he had some flings and one night stands but the lonely wizard had never found love in his life. He wasn’t, however, ugly. He was handsome and tall, his hair was fluffy and shiny and his skin was flawless.
One day, when he was on his way back from the pharmacy, he was two punks trying to steal a young boy’s back pack. He really, really didn’t want to get involved, but the poor boy looked so scared and tired, he had to take action.
“Listen here you punks, leave the poor boy alone before i transform you in two pigs” He yelled at the boys, waiting for them to leave before kneeling in front of the short boy. “Are you okay, darling? you seem to be tired and confused. My name is Sicheng. What’s your name?” He asked the younger, cleaning his clothes from dust.”Shouldn’t boys like you spend their christmas with family or girlfriends?”
Yuta pouted and looked away, sighing after a moment.”Thank you for helping me s-sich-… sir… I just got in this city and i’m completely lost…. C-could you help me, please? I ran away.. because i hurt people” Yuta finally spoke, biting his lip after finishing his speech. He knew he was a bit childish for his age, he just loved acting like that. He hoped the man wouldn’t get mad at him.
“Sure thing, kiddo. I’m actually going home to eat lunch, would you want to come? I promise everything will be alright. Also, you didn’t tell me your name.” Yuta blushed a little and then faced the handsome man. “I’m Yuta…and I’m fifteen. And i make stuff explode weirdly…. so i’m sorry for any damage” “Well like i said, i’m Sicheng… and i’m a bit older than you. I’m two hundred and fifteen years old. And I’m a wizard. And I think you are one too” Sicheng chuckled and guided Yuta to his home nearby. He opened the door for the boy and showed him the livingroom.
“Mister, your house is nice and all but…what do you mean we’re wizards? Are wizards real?” Yuta asked, his mouth hanging open as he saw Sicheng light up a candle with his finger. “Oh god i think i’m gonna faint. It’s real! I’m a wizard!” He exclaimed and jumped on a couch, ending up on his back.
”Winwin?“ Yuta asked. “Winwin?…” “Well i can’t say your name….” “Cute. Yes, Yuta, what is it?” Sicheng asked while showing Yuta his new bedroom. “If i stay here then we’ll have to put on some christmas lights”
7 years later “Yuta, come down now… Our friends are gonna arrive soon” And by friends, Sicheng meant Mark and Donghyuck and Taeyong and Doyoung. They were going to celebrate christmas together. All of a sudden, Yuta appeared on Sicheng’s back, hugging him tightly. “Merry Christmas Winwinnie~” “Kiddo you do that every damn year, you know? Why did i teach you how to do magic?” “That’s because you love me. And i’m not a kiddo! I’m twenty-two now and i want my gift” The younger exclaimed as he ran towards the christmas tree to pick up his gift. Sicheng always put his gifts in velvet wrapping, only because Yuta loved it. He picked up hus box and blushed, opening it. He wanted to hide the crush that he developed on Sicheng during the seven years they spent together but Sicheng’s every small and loving action weren’t helping. He couldn’t forget the moment he turned seventeen and Sicheng had kissed his cheek and gave him a beautiful moon necklace like his own. He also couldn’t forget all the times he had nightmares and Sicheng gave him a sleep potion and let Yuta cuddle next to him all night. They hugged a lot and held hands whenever they went somewhere because Sicheng was scared to lose Yuta. “So, Cutie, where’s my gift?” Sicheng asked teasingly, ruffling the shorter boy’s hair. He didn’t look much older than Yuta, in fact, he looked younger than him. But he had more life experience and knew what Yuta felt for him. He didn’t expect Yuta to turn around and tiptoe in front of him, making a mistletoe appear above them. “U-uhm look what a coincidence….” Yuta spoke shyly before leaning to kiss Sicheng’s lips. “I like you, oldman. And it’s your fault so you should take responsibility” He said sassily and kissed Sicheng again, the older wrapping his arms around the younger boy, kissing back fully. The kept kissing for a while, until the kiss became heated and deep, tongues battling one against each other. Yuta was the first one to pull away as they heard the doorbell. They stared at each other and Yuta finally gave Sicheng the ugly christmas sweat he’d gotten for him. “Merry Christmas, oldie” “Merry Christmas to you too, my love”
The End….or is it?
