49ers TE George Kittle wants to just be friends

The San Francisco 49ers finished last in the NFC West with a 6-10 record. After making the Super Bowl in 2019, there were high hopes for a possible return.

But it can be said that the 49ers were probably plagued with more injuries early on than any other team. After Week 2, many players had been lost for the season or would miss significant time: QB Jimmy Garoppolo, WRs Deebo Samuel, Brandon Aiyuk and Jalen Hurd, RBs Raheem Mostert and Tevin Coleman, TE George Kittle, CB Richard Sherman, DE Nick Bosa and DL Solomon Thomas.

Later, the team was forced to move its operations to Arizona after Santa Clara County tightened its COVID-19 restrictions. What positional draft needs can be filled to help the Niners come back stronger:
