The original green Girl! I absolutely hate it when people say ‘she’s so overrated’! No! This Woman is PERFECTION!!! Her portrayal of Elphaba gave the Woman that for 60+ years the world had known as ‘The Wicked Witch of The West’ a heart! Not to mention her voice. I don’t care what anyone says but Idina is definitely one of the best voices to ever grace broadway! On June 24th 2015, i had the absolute pleasure of seeing her perform live in Glasgow. She opened with ‘Defying Gravity’ and i swear nothing can compare to hearing this Woman singing that song live! Except maybe her singing it with Kristin Chenoweth by her side. Every time i hear her sing ‘For Good’ my heart breaks, it really is beautifully traigic! Also who else looks as hot green…Idina is Elphie!!!
