Extract from the 'Red tells Pink everything and accidently gives Pink an existential crisis' fic I'm working on. The first line is said by Pink btw.

Notice how Pink asks 'Not even us' and Red replies with 'she wanted me to be as heartless as she was too.' Red hasn't gotten to telling Pink her existence was an accident, but she still can only really talk about herself when she's explaining the old timeline because Pink didn't exist in it yet.

Just watched the newest descendants ("Descendants Wicked Wonderland") and thought I could share a few opinions about characters and their wardrobe.

- First of all: why aren't the twins actually twins??? It bothers me so much 😭 especially because they never call them by their names, only "twins", thus constantly reminding the viewers that they are twins despite them not being twins (+ their wardrobe ofc)

- Hazel's hook.... Why couldn't they give her a proper prosthetic hook like Harry and James had? Instead she just has a piece of metal she holds in her hand...

- Robbie Hood and Felix Facilier... Totally useless almost the whole time (same with the twins), but I did laugh pretty hard at the teacup scene 😅 took me off guard ngl

- LUIS' VEST, as someone who was VERY into Encanto once it came out, I'm mad they made Luis' vest yellow completely ignoring the Madrigal family color coding 🫠 when I first saw him in the promotional material, I didn't catch who's son of the Madrigal's he was and I though he was Camilo's 😭 (they look very alike) but then I started watching the movie and they said his Luisa's... Why not give him a dark purple/navy vest then??? Yellows and oranges are the color of the other side of the family hello?? 😭😭😭 and his pants... Just a black piece of fabric... Yeah sure why not... How about some flower embroidery that'd match his vest???

- also- what bothered me in D4 and now in D5 is Chloe's, Red's and Pink's colour scheme, it's so... bright... It just doesn't feel right, I think they could break Red's outfits with a little more black and darker red shades, make Chloe and Pink a little more pastel maybe? like Audrey's and her grandma's colours are very tame and pastel, matching the rest of the cast, I think adding another colour to Chloe's design could make it better too, though her colours in D5 are a little better (one day I'll sit down to it and redesign their outfits cause their saturation pisses me off so bad 🤞 and that comes from a person who loves saturation amp up to max) + I hated the very saturated blue and yellow scheme of the school in the og movies

- and last but not least, I really liked Chloe's evil look and Red's finale look, they were really nice :)) WHAT I DID NOT LIKE WAS LUIS' FINALE LOOK, WHY 😭 why just a different jacket???😭😭😭

Anyway, go watch the movie 🫵 it's fire 💥

Fraternal twins exist even when twins are the same gender they can still be fraternal

Harry didn't have a prosthetic hook considering he kept switching which hand he had it in

I do agree with the Luis Madrigal color scheme point tho Luisa was blue because of her mom with the other side was orange and yellows

I Hope We Get a Full Conclusion About What Happened to the Red and Chloe of the New Timeline

It's been something on the back of my mind and ... I dunno. I want them to at least acknowledge they're still around just now as the Red and Chloe like a perfect fusion sort of thing with their memories and who they are as well.

Because from how everyone treats them there has to be a Red and Chloe in this world that's different than the Red and Chloe we know. Especially Red given she has a favorite bow and maybe even likes wearing dresses. I'd assume the Chloe in this world would be a bit more stern growing up with a Cinderella putting so much pressure on her to be proper. She probably especially clashed with Hazel given how she targeted Chloe instantly when she thought they were messing with her crew. (What is it with the Hook family targeting Chloe 😅? She's a pirate magnet!)

But that would explain a lot of things like maybe Luis and this worlds Red were courting, which is why it felt so rushed of a romance at least from Red's end. Maybe for Luis they've been testing the waters of being a relationship for a quite a bit and even with her being so different and possibly more forward he still loves her. Because he still sees the things he loves about this worlds Red in her.

But this also brings up something kind of concerning... the fact that the rest of the group doesn't know.

Like MAX now knows but it wasn't by choice from anyone, but as for everyone else? I'm... kind of sure they don't.

Like even when Red was apologizing to Maddox and her mom she was being VERY vague about what she was apologizing for. To the point where it makes me wonder if they were doing it on purpose for that to be a big plot point for the third installment. I would hope so because like I said I'd like to know what happened to those other versions. Because as of right now it feels kind of like Red and Chloe technically up and stole this timeline version's life's and kicked them out of existence with them taking control.

(Slight Spoilers for Power of Three Plot Point in Warriors here)

I'm getting major Jayfeather/Jays Wing flashbacks from this plot. Going through time, taking over another life that's yours but also isn't and not telling a single soul, even a sudden romance. That was also a very, very messy plot and one that also ended with no real answers to the audience about what happened to Jay's Wing when Jayfeather took over.

(Slight Spoilers for Power of Three Plot Point in Warriors over)

But back to Descendants, maybe we'll get to see more memories appear and see how different they are to the ones around here. Maybe Chessy's planning on having everyone know that Red and Chloe aren't who they seem. Maybe that's why she's targeting Pink because... can you imagine if the sister you loved and were super close to all this time suddenly got replaced by one from a whole other time who didn't know you and was so different from the one you knew and love? Like we know she has memories of Pink now but... I dunno it also feels like that could be so upsetting. especially if Pink learns that she didn't exist in the other timeline. (Another thing that could factor into the next movie)

How would Luis feel knowing that this Red isn't the one he's been interested in all this time? I mean they'd probably go the route that he loves her either way but still THAT feels like a pretty big secret that needs to be told since it heavily hints he knows Red and is close with her in this world.

Heck how would Hazel feel knowing this Chloe isn't the one she's had a rivalry with all this time? Again probably accept it pretty well since this Chloe is more open minded.

Our of everyone though? I could see Pink taking it the hardest given she's a biggest factor of change in the timeline.

Maybe I'm just rambling and overthinking this but time travel plots hurt my brain and it still feels kind of wrong that they're keeping this secret from everyone else.

People tend to forget that Evie is dangerous.

She read every. single. book. in her mother's castle, multiple times. She can recite them in her sleep. While Mal read about spells and different types of magic, Evie read about potions and poisons. She knows different poison apples from just their looks, not to mention their smells. She's tasted some, she's had to create antidotes herself. Her knowledge of poisons is vast, as is her knowledge of herbs. People tend to forget that she is a witch.

On the Isle, she's always armed. A necklace laced with the smell of death, a vial ring, a laced dagger. She designs the weapons for the the core, and she designs them well. She makes sure that the others have antidotes as well, just in case.

Even in Auradon, old habits are hard to shake. She has a hidden collection of herbs, greater than what she had on the Isle, ones she collected herself. While she can learn more about the medicinal use of herbs, she still has her poisons, hidden better than before. Her heart necklace, the gems in her crowns, daggers in corsets, knives in heels. Its a safety net, one that only the other VKs know about.

No one in Auradon would suspect that the sweet designer, who's dream is to own her own castle and fall in love, could easily get away with murder. Why would they? The Isle isn't so bad... right?
