Kenji and Brooklyn's relationship was not "out of nowhere", they, in fact, have shown feelings for each other since the firsts seasons ,but there were never any scenes to really focus on, that's when s5 arrives, which was the season where it show better the relationships between the campers, as we can see with yaz and sammy too, yk

I saw this and instantly thought of Stiles and Lydia. Long after season 6b. They’ve both moved out of Beacon Hills. Stiles is still working for the FBI, Lydia got her fields medal. They’re happy and just living life.
