Wow!! What an absolutely gorgeous post for the 100th day… The ocean background!!! They got to go to a real beach… yesss… and what a wonderful beach it is! The bright teal water, the small waves crashing ashore, the thick puffy clouds in the bright blue sky, the mountain off in the distance… so pretty! I love how this looks with this style of textured brush, it's like an oil painting.

I like how they're in the shade, it's in nice contrast to the vibrant background, and how shiny the singular pant leg in the sun is... and the way you drew them is awfully cute & happy... their joyous smiles.

This was supposed to be done before Chapter 5’s release, but well, things happen! There’s a lot of thoughts I have around Susie, Lancer, their dynamic, and Susie’s development — I wanted to try and show my love for all of that in some way. Their bond has been one of my favorite things in Deltarune since I played Survey Program all the way back in 2018… and, well, honestly, I don’t really expect it to factor much more in the upcoming story, but it’s still special to me. That’s her first friend.

Well, regardless, happy Deltarune Chapter 5 release day! Now, I gotta go play it myself…

When that’s done, I’ll probably be taking a break from Deltarune fanart & certainly won’t post it as frequently, but I’ll definitely be making stuff for the new chapter still!

So, SO many great expressions here; Noelle's big bug-eyed reactions are the obvious highlight, but I also appreciate how relatable and believable you make Susie look here too with her endearing eyes. Some LOVELY design touches too, the thick stocky build of Susie's shoulders and Noelle's hair rendered as big curly locks both add such a nice stylish feel to the characters.
