Battel of Heart and Mind...
When my heart wants to find myself, My mind pulls me in its own cell, When I want to speak wholeheartedly, My mind tell me you'll mess this up terribly. When my heart wants to be happy, My mind reminds my life is still crappy, When my heart wants me to never let go, My mind tells me then you will always feel low. When my heart shows me dreams of my past, My mind flashes me my night screams that still lasts, When I tell my heart it's time for changes, My mind tells me there's no skipping pages. When my heart wants to be free of it's misery, My mind show's me my past history, When i tell my heart it won't win, My mind tells me I already did.
