Even in the daylight strange creatures may linger in the most innocent looking places. While out walking a girl becomes curious about a side alley, taking a quick detour. Much to here surprise and bewilderment a huge figure bursts out from behind a dumpster and scares the life out of her. In terror the shocked girls flees with the unknown figure close on her heels. Thinking she has outwitted her pursuer and lost him, the girl has a quick rest, only to see a shadow looming up on her again.

A surreal rendition of a tormented youth's struggle to recall the events blurred in her memory from the night before.

This story unfolds through the youth's head, as she pieces together fragments of images, processing them and refining what she knows as more fragments immerge. Her memory starts off with a happy reprise of the night, which soon changes to the darker, more frantic reality of the evening. The youth struggles to remember all the details, faces and people, constantly changing the characters in each scene. The story climaxes with the solemn epiphany that she maliciously participated in the battery of a parser by, finally seeing her face and horror as the events become clear.
