(Breaking character for a moment on this one. Thanks for checking in. I have, in fact, had a lot going on in my life for a while now, and in trying to get back on top of my own mental and physical health I have been neglecting this blog somewhat. But I am still here, still surviving. "ok" isn't quite there yet, but I live to fight another day.)

I know you have been busy, but what would you tell a warrior who struggles most of all with their self worth?
It is a strange battle indeed, to choose an opponent you do not wish to defeat. Self worth is your ally. So I ask you, who is your true enemy in this fight? Is it your fear?
Find the root of your fear, and you shall find your true foe. Then the real battle can begin. May you emerge victorious.
I recently lost my job and have to move back in with my parents. I know this is all temporary, but it makes me feel like I’m failing at being an adult.
There is strength in family. Do not despair, but instead be proud that your family welcomes you in your time of need. No successful warrior truly fights alone, and there is no dishonor in accepting aid when it is needed.
I taken a new attitude towards my mental illness as of late thanks to you. I look upon my depression, my anxiety, and my insecurities within and say. "I'm not trapped in here with you... You're trapped in here with me!" I will show no mercy to my depression by embracing what is good in my life, I will conquer my anxiety by turning to my fellow warriors for aid, and I will slay my insecurities by trying new things with bold conviction! Dying can wait, today is a good day to fight!

I thought I would offer this, wise Mullosh. 'When they claim you are whole and healthy, that mental illness is not damaging, remember they do not see what you see. Your scars and wounds from battle are invisible to their eyes, but they are still there. You have fought, and will continue fighting as a warrior should.'

I win all my battles yet happiness eluds me. What do I do?
Sometimes the battle within is the fiercest of all. There is no dishonor in seeking the help of a fellow warrior when the enemy inside is too great. And sometimes what a warrior needs most is rest, and a chance to contemplate a new angle of attack.
Why am I still depressed?
Depression is a wily foe and often returns to the attack when we believe it has been beaten. At times, with such an enemy, the best a warrior can do is keep it at bay.
It is a long fight, but a worthy one, and you are truly brave for fighting it. Qapla'!

What is the meaning of life
Battle, my friend. Glorious battle! There are many ways to go into battle. Perhaps it is physical combat, perhaps a battle of the mind. Whatever kind of battle has meaning for you, go forth and conquer it.
To have a mental illness is to fight many battles over the course of your life. But this does not mean you cannot take joy and rest where you find it. Accept your restful days as reward for battles well fought, and live to fight another day.
