Nba media pisses me off with how braindead it is like why are we calling aday mara the "wemby stopper" when wemby has never had issues against dedicated rim protector bigs 🫩 kat (yknow, the big that everyone agrees outplayed wemby) did it by drawing him out to the perimeter and beating him to the rim. Aday mara is slow, doesnt shoot 3's, and relies on his guards for shot opportunities. Im sure he'll be a great player, but he is by no means an answer to wemby.

Please stop putting your posts celebrating them/hating on the Spurs in the Spurs tags (the main one or the liveblog one). It’s makes it harder to find Spurs content. It’s also annoying.

Anyway. They lost due to inexperience and being tucked out. Knicks were better all series, I’m not denying that. I still enjoyed our journey to the finals and this matchup, despite the result. We’ll be back in the finals soon. Our squad is still young. I remember being sad after the 2013 finals once too.

I’m sad that our season is over, but there’s only better to come from here. Goodnight, Spurs fans. See you next season.

both things are........ accurate though? it's impressive that he's accomplishing so much this young. but he IS young so he makes mistakes. maybe check in on how most players his size shoot free throws and handle the ball. or look up jalen brunson's stats when he was 22 and 5 months. idk... hate him, that's cool. he's going to be a problem for everyone for years, so i get it. just seems silly to ignore the fact he carried his team to the finals at 22, but we have to ignore how young he is when he makes mistakes.
