there was an incident at work today

having my hip out of alignment is so awkward cuz sitting and lying down are almost more uncomfortable than walking so im just walking in circles

one of my friends in a discord server was talking about how they were nervous about their first scheduled acupuncture appointment. another friend offered to do a tarot reading for them. sent this picture.

#honestly a GREAT spread for this situation #the fool = beginnings and inexperience #10 of swords (factually the funniest possible pull for getting acupuncture for the first time) = mental defeat/completion/recovery #death = change/transition #SO BASICALLY: ur scared about a new thing and u may have to do some internal wrestling but u will come out changed w a new perspective #i never do multi-card spreads so idk if the arrangement/order matters to the person giving/getting the reading *shrug emoji*

my (expensive!!!) walking pad is broken 🤬🤬🤬

#like i can still get my requisite steps in #but the HABIT ive built is to do like 11k steps while doing my laptop stuff #so now ive gotta do a behavior change thing and it’s ANNOYING #and i have to use my PHONE BIOMETRICS to count my steps rather than the non-smart walking pad which i HATE #tbh i should just use math and record how much TIME i walk for and get approx step counts #THAT SAID #this actually may be good for today #cuz my hip is out of alignment AGAIN #and my walking pad is slanted which puts MORE strain on the hip #like right now I’m just walking in circles on the flat floor and it feels more low-impact on my hip #so this may work out lol like I’m still getting the steps in #BUT IT’S AN EXPENSIVE WALKING PAD IT SHOULD WORK #it’s throwing the motor failure error code which seems uhhh catastrophic lol #void journal
