I need some help with an OC I have for a fic. I gave Simon an adopted son in my merman Simon fic and made him 9. I made him a bit childish bc the human world is super new to him. Also English isn't his first language so I made him understand it but still learning it. If any moots kids or younger siblings could help or give ideas or see if he acts anywhere close to a kid his age should I'd appreciate it. My knowledge is limited to working with kids at a museum....

I've been thinking about Carl and how he got to live and how much he must miss Grace.

I wanna propose the idea that Carl oversees a lot of the memorials for Grace. He helps with a mural at the middle school he worked at and maintains the bike memorials the kids have. He funds the renaming of the school to Ryland Grace Middle School ( or just Grace middle school or GMS for short). He helps with statutes in all three of the phm members hometowns. Bc Stratt can't (she is "too busy" and in prison and also she knows people don't want her there) He took it upon himself to make people remember the three heroes who left to save the stars. He buys sour skittles and puts on Grace's favorite music for him every year on his birthday as a way to remember him.

Carl learns Stratt lied and Colt is alive and contracts him to help with the statue of Grace in their hometown. He also helps them make the statue bc aside from a few facial differences he's the perfect reference beyond photos of Grace. I saw art of Colt making his own mural saying the truth about what happened. Carl told him in secret and Colt is treated like a conspiracy theorists and crazy but he accepts it knowing what he learned could put Carl in prison for telling someone the truth. Colt isn't allowed within 100 feet of Stratt for her own safety. It was apart of her parole.

the human Adrian x Rocky oneshot I made yesterday.

Rocky missed his mate but Adrian is a bit more touch starved than their mate. She wants to ride her nerdy mate tell he's seeing stars
