Knifestone is an all-ages fantasy webcomic that ran initially from 2010 - 2014. It is now re-running on tumblr with occasional new commentary.

Trivia: Ven and Lor’s weapons all have Mediterranean names. Ven’s daggers have names with Italian origins - “Orichalcum” and “Cinquedea”, and Lor’s sword has the Spanish name “Valencia”. It sortof heralds their relation to eachother, or it would, if the names of their dumb weapons was ever a thing I said anywhere to anyone other than right here right now.

I don’t think I stole the name of this place DIRECTLY from a Lisa Loeb song, but I’m fairly positive I subconsciously stole it from what I THOUGHT that song was actually called, but is not. Does that count for anything?
