With both tables arcs ending with the death of a seremai knight, house seremai should really consider swearing themselves to a new liege lord because this house tachonis nonsense is really bad for their life expectancy regardless of whether they are working for or against it.

Imagine being Aniko Seremai. You're riding high after killing Callowyn Royce and claiming his bracers for yourself. You're tasked with assisting the Lady Univere and the Lord Doset in their very important task in Timmony of preparing the guardians for the sepulchral lord. It's going great, you and your basilisk have prepared a full half of the paladins needed for the endeavour and you're preparing to deliver them to Houndsport. Then someone disguised as the very assuredly dead Occtis Tachonis waltzes in, and you end up in a massive fight that leads to you watching as "Occtis" eats one of your ears, and you're killed fighting a four inch tall pixie, and the Scion of House Halovar is also there for some fucking reason.

And after all that nonsense, it's Gaya the family fuck-up who got banished to the Barrowguard that has a Tachonis from the main family personally seeing to it that she's laid to rest in a place of honour in the Obramis Manor crypts.
