If we purchase the digital pdf, is there a chance we get digital planners earlier than five days :o?

Yes! Digital copies can be sent any time within 5 business days of your purchase. If you bought one this weekend, that’s any time from Monday through Friday (4th through 8th).

should all the preorders be arrived by now? as in, how common are delivery delays? (bc ik international delivery is kinda bad rn) bc my order shipping status hasn't been updated in 2 weeks, but i wasn't sure if it's something i should email about, or just sit tight on bc there's not much to be done about it

Shipping seems to have been delayed across the board--some of our United States customers whose packages were shipped in our first batch have still not received their order, so you aren’t alone! Unfortunately, there’s nothing that we can do about packages once they’ve been shipped. When making our shipping labels, we saw estimated delivery dates as early as the days after creating the label to the end of January. Due to a large influx in packages, some shipping companies may not be scanning in packages for tracking--your local mail carrier may have more information.

Will there be more physical planner copies for sale (not in bundle)? I just got to the site and they sold out ;(. Otherwise, does the PDF version include everything that is in the physical version that we can print ourselves?

We’re sorry to hear that! The PDF version includes two files - one that showcases the book in its entirety with illustrations and spreads, which is not printable. The other, which includes all of the pages in the planner that you write on, is printable!

hello! i took too long to think about whether i should get tracking or not and the planner sold out in that time LMAO since you guys said this was the first round, will there be more planners for sale in the near future?

Hi! We’ve saved a few final copies of planners and merchandise in case of lost packages or damage that may have occurred during shipment of pre-order packages. Should no problems arise, those copies will go up for sale either later this month or next month, once all pre-orders have been fulfilled!

I just came across this project after someone else shared a photo of their order! I saw that leftover sales will be hosted Jan 2nd -- I live in the USA, how much is shipping to the USA and is there tracking provided? How much is a planner alone?

Thank you for your interest! Shipping to the USA will cost $9~$12 USD depending on the size of your order. Tracking is available for purchase separately - it will be an additional $5 to the USA. The planner alone will be $30!

Hello! As of December 26th, all physical orders should have received an email from Bigcartel regarding shipment status. Please check your junk if you don’t see one in your inbox!

Tracked shipping was available as a separate purchase - this was detailed in the product description in the shop! If you purchased tracking, you will receive the tracking number in the email notification from Bigcartel. If you purchased tracking and didn’t receive a tracking number, please contact us! We're unsure if you mean confirmation of your purchase or a shipment notification, but in both cases, Bigcartel should have sent e-mail notification.

Hello! Sorry for the late response--we've shipped out over half of the remaining packages, and two batches remain to be shipped. Those will be picked up today and tomorrow!

Hi! We will of course update our social media once orders are shipped. We are currently only waiting for our planners to arrive. Our Twitter is updated with photos of the other merchandise, which will be ready for shipment once planners can be placed in each package! Thank you for your patience!

Hello! Sorry if that's a weird question, but are you going to pack orders in boxes or in bubble mailers?

Hello! Larger orders that include washi tape (such as the full bundle, large bundle, etc.) will be sent in boxes, but smaller orders will be sent in bubble mailers. While boxes are awesome and we’d love to use them for every order, we would like to save on shipping supplies wherever possible. Rest assured there will be sufficient padding in both to keep your order safe!

Hello! We're sorry to hear that :( The planner is A5 size (148x210mm) and currently, it is likely that we'll have a few copies left for leftover sales. However, this is entirely dependent on how well shipping goes for the pre-orders, so nothing is guaranteed. Thank you for your interest!

Hello, sorry for this extremely late reply! Production is currently in full swing, and we hope to begin shipping some time in October. Orders will be shipped chronologically regardless of destination, so if you were one of the first to place your order, yours will be one of the first to be sent once shipping begins.

hi! I haven’t seen this asked/provided so I hope I’m not missing something—is the planner a Jan-Dec calendar? Or an Aug-Aug style school planner?

Our planner is a January-December calendar!
