Sun Hi: actually, if it's all over, i would do an oatmeal bath. yeah, you read that right.

minguk turned to her with a curious look. he couldn’t tell if she mocking him or curious. could be both. “i know a lot of ways to make money,” he said offhandedly, returning his focus back on his hunt for cras. “then again, i’m just a chef so do i really?” another hole. empty, once again. minguk sighed out of frustration. eventually, he was going to find a crab. “i just want to hold them because i think crabs are cute. it’s fun. at least i think it’s fun.”
she grinned at his comment. “oh ho hooo. big baller here. i mean, even chefs gotta have a side hustle, right? tell me your secrets, o great one, for i am but a humble broke-ass citizen.” sun hi sighed, shrugging her shoulders as if it was the way of the world -- at least, it was the cards she was dealt, and she wasn’t interested in waiting for the dealer to give her more. no, no, in this metaphor, she needed to know how to cheat, how to count cards so to speak. “and please don’t say hard work because vomit.”
with another look at the holes he was making, sun hi decided she would dig one herself. “we’re supposed to be looking for v’s in the sand -- their footprints or something.” her hole turned up empty, of course, and she likened it to her very light wallet with an almost self-pitying snort. “cute, huh,” she mused, not expecting the reason. “so are these cuties gonna end up in a dish?”
his back was beginning to ache from being hunched over for the past thirty minutes or so. it must be a sight to see such a tall, tough-looking man digging through the sand for tiny crabs, completely focused at his little mission. searching for crabs had always one of his favorite beach activities ever since he was a little kid. can’t blame him for having a quiet appreciation for nature and all things cute. minguk couldn’t help but feel like someone was watching him. he perked up, head snapping at the direction of the onlooker. “um… hi,” he didn’t realized he had his fists clenched up out of instinct and promptly relaxed. “do you want find crabs with me?”
she wasn’t particularly interested in the beach or swimming or the whole issue of tanned skin versus pale skin (honestly, it was whatever got attention for her to make some money (or catch the attention of rich people who could, instead, give her life). but instead, sun hi found an almost hulking beast crouched over in the sand who had immediately felt her gaze. she crouched down to his level -- if one could describe it that way, as he was still much larger than she. she rested her chin in her hand, staring curiously at the holes he had made. “you gonna sell them or...?” she asked. “seems like a lot of work just to catch them and let them go again.”
