Sorting and organizing my collage boxes I found these postcards. Â I have no recollection of where I got them, and they predate my sending and receiving mail art. Â But I do like the idea of recycling and repurposing old paint-by-numbers paintings like this.
Dude just stop climbing mount everest. just stop it. Wtf
Not sure if this is a shitpost but we really do need to stop climbing mount everest. Itâs largely pointless and weâve made a huge ecological impact of years from waste left behind from all exhibitions. Not to mention the economic impact on locals
i always catch myself thinking âwow mitski is for the gaysâ but really the emotion and meanings of her songs are likely drawn from her experiences as a japanese american woman and that shouldnât be forgotten in our love and appreciation of her work

LISTENNNNNNNNNNN.
Isnât it crazy how women are supposed to be in their 20s their whole life.
âThe body has been for women in capitalist society what the factory has been for male waged workers: the primary ground of their exploitation and resistance, as the female body has been appropriated by the state and men and forced to function as a means for the reproduction and accumulation of labor.â
â Silvia Federici, Caliban and the Witch:Â Women, the Body and Primitive Accumulation (via owl-priestess)
The concept of âloiteringâ is violent and evil
The privatization of nature itself, of the outdoors⊠Itâs violent to insist we can only legally be in a place if we (1) bought it, (2) payed our way to be there via goods. Itâs violent to remove a humanâs place outside and insist they have no community with the spaces that make up our world. Imperialism and capitalism have ruined ruined ruined our harmonies with nature and with our communities
