not exactly sure of the correct reasoning for that, but i think it refers to the variation or a different arrangement of the song vs the original. for example, ăăĄăȘ -N.Edit-, it's the shorter version of Romeo (omitting the middle part of the full version), spanning 3min+ in length vs the full song with 5min+.
