Do you practice a lot in order to draw Mirio in your own way and use refs? Or you draw from imagination, no refs at all? Asking cause I wanna draw Mirio but I’m not used to drawing guys in general and I know his figure is a buffer than the other types of bodies that I try to draw out (and fail). Got any art advice for something like this?
Omg haha my Mirio drawing experience just comes from obsession really. I draw him almost every day! But as for male anatomy and stuff, yea I do do studies and use real references from time to time, like a lot. There are plenty of nice anatomy tutorials out there! When u draw something a lot, u just memorise the shape and structure of it over time yk!! And I don't consider myself as an expert in drawing Mirio either djfjccj but I can say drawing him is a lot easier than drawing any other character lmfao. I feel like drawing muscular men is easier compared to skinny men idk haha it comes from all that dragonball craze.
