maybe i should be using off-white instead of beige but i uhhhh. i don't like how extremely close to white it is, even directly next to it. even though they're also very similar on the flag too. hmmmmm.

#actually looking at the white border maybe i should just use beige for 4 and off white instead of white for 5...#opinions and input on this very appreciated!#i also sadly do not have a darker gray. neither of these two interchangeable brands have it #unless you count the slightly lighter black skein which i think might be charcoal.

if i can be bothered to go all the way back, brown should be made thicker. it's just so teeny.

must've forgotten some increases earlier bc i was distracted. also forgot to stop increasing after a point. hard to tell how big they should be for comfort (able to move around freely without worrying about spilling out), but i was gonna give them a black border anyway so it should be fine even if they're a little small at this stage

doing both triangles at the same time, one color at a time seems really good since i never know what's going to be relevant or not and don't remember anything, so at least im making them as identical as i can. even if it means having to undo both of them to change stuff.

#the gray and beige look very similar in pictures but it's better irl

#im missing ONE L to make the whole name one color #im missing one C to have it alternate dark pink and red #and both L and C are absolutely plentiful in the exact wrong colors. fuck my stupid baka life

i forced myself to sit at my desk so i wouldn't be tempted to try to sleep without dinner (Again) and while watching stream i made two more necklaces. i ran out of charms so i just put beads on them instead, will be good for stimming. the green one is a disaster of like five mismatched tiny chains at the back but i think that's fine.

#i have some big chunky chains left too but they're all awkward lengths #too short for a necklace on its own but too long when combined together

#the beads are on metallic elastic string and then chain in the back that's too short to do anything with #it's not glued to give me time to think it over before i commit #also my beard looks kind of insane lol. im letting it grow just to see what #happens.

i finished it mostly but i can't figure out a closure im happy with. pissing me off

it's finished now i GUESS, featuring a very lovely mini lanyard by a dear friend of mine, i am just still really annoyed from the process of figuring out the closure so i kind of hate it. oops. :(

#now i guess i will make a bigger one from the remaining pastel chenille yarn that will fit more than just phone #also annoyed i can't take pictures of it with my phone in it.... bc phone is my camera..........

#the first idea was an elastic loop with the green stone heart but it annoyed me that it didn't close tight enough #while also being really annoyingly fiddly to open and close #all of these would be really fiddly. except the plastic heart bits. but they still need something to fasten into #maybe it's fine to just fasten it into the crochet itself... no loop or anything #i will probably just tie it in with a tiny bit of matching yarn

i should've put her name on the side instead but i already tied it together (no glue though) and maybe put on a little clasp at the top so it can be used for something.... maybe when im less lazy
