Surreal Illustrations by Apolo Cacho

@Apolo Cacho lives and works in Mexico City. He is part of Ediciones ¡Joc Doc! and author of “ El Taco Psicotrópico" comic book series compiling tales inspired by Mexico City’s disenchantment and scarcity, independently released through photocopies and low-cost graphic reproduction systems. He is a painter and draftsman, much of his work focuses on the theme: ” The only thing that progresses over time is technology. Both humans as art does, it is always the same". His work is an illustrated epic of ancient times or future affirmations. From now useless, the history of a civilization, a vast container succession of wonders, great achievements and prowess, while the lowest maker and humiliation actions against the man himself.
