Little Secret

I might tell you a little secret right now. I was in love with the girl no one likes in a group study. I was in love with her sarcasm. I was in love with her witty and sharp replies to others. I was in love everytime she shoots dagger thru her eyes to the bullies. I was in love cuz she's bitter to others but sweet like candy to me. I was in love cuz she stands up to defend herself. I was in love cuz she lives to her truth. Yet, she is in love with somebody else. Somebody I will never be. Somebody she keeps close in her heart. Her kindness blinded me as if I was so special for I was a fool. Thus, I let my heart sinks in sorrow just to forget you.

In earlier episode, I was wondering why she cries every time she uses her power. Later in episode 4 when her kid asked the same question, she said that,

"For whatever reason or whoever the person, pain is pain."

She reiterated once more that the pain comes from her mind, so she also feels what they feel. Then she continued,

"There will always be consequences for bad deeds."

I just think it rooted deep within herself when she was in the training camp. She was only 5, yet things she went thru was beyond words to be described. She's broken so many times, yet she doesn't want the kids, that not even blood-related to her, to go thru the same hell as her. All those sufferings she endured all this time to keep them safe.

I also remember some scenes where she looks the happiest when her daughter for the first time, finished her breakfast. Or when she looks so proud and happy talking about her son to other people. She was trained to be assassin, but born to be a mother.

If there's an award for the best mother, she's for sure my number one.

Little Reminder

A few weeks ago, I listened to a podcast about recent politics in my country from someone who was an almost politician. He said something that so mindblowing that really opened my eyes. He said,

"People's admirations toward you can make you go blind of who you actually are and as time go by, you completely forget the sense of who you are."

That's a whole truth I had to swallow that day.

Now, everyday, I need to remind myself of who I am or what I actually can or can't do. I am my own referee cuz deep down no one knows the true of my nature.
