The poet exists in fragments, so does the poetry.
Grief-worn, rain-drowned.
Any moment now, yes?
Do you have an ig?
I don't :)
You stopped the mindless scrolling dead in its tracks. Thank you ♥
My pleasure, I'm so honoured my work could do that for you. Thank you for being here!🤍🍀
Another month. Another season. Another poem.
I burn for you. I wonder if you're warm enough.
I cut my hair after growing it out for over a year. I'll change. I'll change.
If only to ruin us all over again, please, one more time?
Wanted to experiment a little with structure this time, there's a bit of visual poetry woven into the piece, with a touch of contrapuntal form at the beginning. I've been feeling pretty uninspired and exhausted lately, so it feels good to have put even a little bit of myself into creating something again. Hope everyone experiencing this intense heatwave is taking care of themselves. ♡
"With shortness of breath, you explained the infinite. How rare and beautiful it is to even exist." - Saturn by Sleeping At Last.
I break everything apart only to watch you bleed through all that's mine.
"And if there is a God, he's the bond that's between us two" - stupid song by Olivia Rodrigo
Fragmented self.
"You're the closest to heaven that I'll ever be, and I don't wanna go home right now" - Iris by The Goo Goo dolls.
I was born to learn grief, so you shall be the subject of all of mine.
Did I say too much? Did I speak too loud?
